Where is your shop?
Our first cafe is located in Surabaya:

Mon-Sun, 10 AM – 10 PM
Whereas in Jakarta we still take online orders.
Can I come to your kitchen and purchase a cake?
Every cake is freshly made to order.
You will get disappointed if you visit us without placing an order in advance.
How do I place an order?

– Online order through the website for your convenience.
– Our Line and Whatsapp accounts are available but please mind the wait.

How much does the delivery cost?
Depending on your area, please look at the pricing information.
Discounted rate applies to the second box and more.
When will my order deliver?
At least 2 days after payment confirmation.
There is no delivery service available on Monday.
I need something today or tomorrow, how can I place a last minute order?
Do you have any ready stock?
Please call us to check if we have a ready stock. Maybe we can whip something up really fast for you. Please keep in mind that there’s no delivery service available for last-minute order. Pick-up only.
Do you deliver outside of Surabaya and Jabodetabek?
No. We wish we could ship our cakes all over the country (and the world), but because they are temperature sensitive, we are not able to do so. Our cakes are only available in Surabaya and Jakarta area.
Can I change the items in my order or change the delivery location?
You may change at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Call for assistance.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can pick-up by appointment only.
Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00 – 18:00.
What’s your signature cake? What are the best sellers?
We are first known for our Mille Crêpes. Our best sellers are Banana Nutella and Oreo Cheese Mille Crêpes.
What’s the size of your cakes?
All cakes are +/- 22cm in diameter. We do not make a smaller size cake.
Can I order different flavors in one whole cake?
We do not sell assorted cakes but we can help cut and mix our customers’ order.
Can you decorate my cake?
Sorry we cannot help you with that. We take pride in the simplicity of our cakes and we do not put anything inedible on our cakes.
Can I add a message on my cake?
We provide a “happy birthday” and “happy anniversary” banner to be punctured on the cake. If you want to write a special message on a piece of card, please specify in the notes section during the order process.
Where can I find the nutritional facts of your products?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have calorie information of a nutritional breakdown available for our products. Please let us know if you have an allergy or any dietary concerns. We’re happy to assist you with ingredients list.
Are your products halal?
All of our products are pork-free. However, Tipsy Royal Crème, Chocolate Factory and Baileys Coffee Mille Crepes contain alcohol. The rests are all halal.
Can I hand carry the cake out of the city?
Yes, you can. For over than a 2-hour trip, we suggest you to freeze the cake completely then enclose with a good amount of dry ice. Keep in mind that there is a decrease of quality in frozen goods and NOT all of our products can be frozen. Thaw the frozen cakes inside of the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours before consumption.
What is the shelf life of your products?
– Our specialty cakes and Mille Crêpes will stay fresh for about 3-4 days in the
– fridge, although are best consumed within 2 days after production date
– (stated on the tag).
– Gooey Pies and Naked Cakes can be stored in the freezer upon purchase for
– up to several weeks.
– Royal Crème can be kept for up to 5 days in the fridge.
– Never freeze Royal Crème and all cakes that contain fresh fruits.
Do I have to refrigerate the cake?
Most of our products are made out of fresh cream and gelatin that needs refrigeration at all times to retain the form and quality. They are temperature sensitive, especially in such a tropical weather as Indonesia. We strongly suggest you not to leave the cake in room temperature for more than 30 minutes.
How and when do I pay for my order?
All orders are paid full via fund transfer to our BCA account. We suggest you to pay immediately after you place your order.
Orders are not processed until payment has been completed and confirmed.
That being said, we do not accept cash on delivery.
Where do I confirm my payment?
Go to our website > shop > payment confirmation. Fill out and submit the form.
You shall get verification e-mail from us afterwards.
I never received any confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
Check your junk, spam or bulk-email filters and make sure you entered the correct e-mail address. If you can’t find it, get in touch and we will look into the problem.
What if I need to cancel my order? Do you allow returns and refunds?
We grant refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the delivery date. We are sorry that once we made your cake, refund is not authorized. Please call for assistance.
I accidentally entered the wrong information on my online order,
how do i fix it?
For any technical problem, please call our customer service during office hours to get assistance or send an email to email@example.com/ firstname.lastname@example.org depending on where your location is.
